It was recently brought to my attention in my office that the U.S. Army and the U.S. Navy may be allowing service members to be honorably discharged without fulfilling their Active Duty service commitments [ADSC] in reference to the post-9/11 GI bill.
Bordallo raises concerns about service members being discharged without completing their commitments.
