With reservations, I urge my colleagues to support this bill. I think it is a bipartisan bill. It is a good bill. I think it is a good product for what we had to work with. I would like to urge my colleagues to support it, to fund the construction of newer facilities, to strive to improve the quality of life and the care that we give to our military, to our veterans, and to our military families.
