I thank Representative Carter for his remarks. I yield to the gentleman from Georgia (Mr. Johnson) of the Fourth Congressional District.
If my colleagues truly cared about protecting our elections from foreign interference, they’d put the resources behind it.
But I am more concerned with the general income levels that prevent service members, particularly low-ranking members, from being able to do that.
I urge at least $1.5 million for Native-American Grants Protection and Repatriation Act, NAGPRA enforcement.
