Last year, the RAND National Defense Research Institute revealed that 25.8 percent of active-duty members face food insecurity.
I claim the time in opposition to this amendment. The CHAIR. The gentleman is recognized for 5 minutes.
But I am more concerned with the general income levels that prevent service members, particularly low-ranking members, from being able to do that.
