On the issue of realignment in your testimony you mention the scientific integrity as set forth in the Code of Federal Regulations.

It seems like you are sort of turning your head or refusing to look at existing plans that you mentioned.

I would think that to move the agency under the Chief Economist would make it have less integrity and less independence.
