Thank you very much, Mr. Chairman. Chairman Carter, Ranking Member Wasserman Schultz, thank you for the opportunity to participate in today's hearing.

So maybe it ought to be a real time opportunity for service members to apply when that happens as opposed to having to wait till the next year? That seems like an easy fix for that issue.

I urge at least $1 million for funding implementation of the Safeguard Tribal Objects of Patrimony, which is also known as the STOP Act.
