Again, let's avoid including divisive language like this. This is a policy rider that is unnecessary. We have defeated it over and over again. Davis-Bacon saves the government money. It requires quality work and quality labor be done on Federal contracts, and it pays a fair day's wages for a fair day's work. I urge all Members to vote ``no'' and reject this amendment, and I yield back the balance of my time.
