Let me start off, Mr. Concannon and Ms. Rowe, to just state publicly that I wanted, on behalf of the State of Georgia, to personally thank you for your continued support and vigilance in working with our State to resolve the longstanding issues that we have had with respect to administration of the SNAP program.
