I thank the gentleman for yielding. We have, I think, presented a good bill, with the caveats that have been expressed by Ranking Member Dicks and myself, along with Mr. Farr. At this time, we are prepared to entertain the amendments. I think the chairman has some en bloc amendments that he would like to offer. We are happy to entertain those and move forward at this time.
