I'd like to point out the fact that while the bill may do what my good friend has suggested, it doesn't fund all of the accounts. There are a number of accounts, as has been pointed out time and time again, that are not funded. May I inquire, Mr. Speaker, as to how much time is remaining. The SPEAKER pro tempore.
