Our desire to extend the application deadlines on these products and give them until 2022 is to give us the time to put in place the implementing regulations and guidance that would not only provide the rules of the road for how to effectively traverse the application process but also take into consideration the kinds of challenges that you bring up about how we can build into our regulation and guidance accommodations for small manufacturers.
