This proposed rule is a brazen attempt to dismantle Head Start without regard for the hundreds of thousands of young children and working-class families who depend on these programs and services every year.

These institutions serve as stewards of academic excellence and innovation, and this federal investment specifically in STEM programs honors that legacy of greatness and expands opportunity for the next generation of scientists.

If it does not, make no mistake: it is the State’s mismanagement of funds and poor construction of its ‘innovative program’ that will continue to doom the lowest-income Georgians to a life without health care.
