Mr. President, I rise to today to express my -- in voting to confirm Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to the United States Supreme Court. What a great day it is for the United States of America, for our system of government and the grand march towards the fulfillment of the sacred covenant we have with one another as an American people, e pluribus unum, out of many, one.
