I agree with Mr. Pallone and his concerns, of course, about goring--oxing the gore or goring the ox or whatever of other providers within the Medicare program.

Medicare Advantage has been around since, what, the late 1980s? It was Medicare Plus Choice, then it was Medicare Advantage, but the word 'advantage' just means exactly what it says. It is an advantage.

I agree with him 99 percent of the time but I am not sure I agree completely with his remarks, don't leave the extenders behind.
