Medicare Advantage has been around since, what, the late 1980s? It was Medicare Plus Choice, then it was Medicare Advantage, but the word 'advantage' just means exactly what it says. It is an advantage.

I have been chiefly concerned about the effects of the age band compression provisions on these young people we are talking about.
