I carry the pain of losing my child every single day here in Congress.

Our legislation addresses gaps in disaster response that impact survivors of natural disasters the most — being without their homes and their support systems.

I am proud to support this legislation to ensure our teenagers can spend this pivotal moment in their lives focusing on things that will positively shape them into adulthood.
