Jimmy Carter: “Each bit of additional spending always looks small and unimportant against the total Federal budget.”

This is a very wise and very courageous thing for President Obama to do. And in my opinion, is long overdue.

Carter says the animosity directed at the president over health care, the big bailouts, is being driven because Mr. Obama is a black man.
