If you take that 50 percent who just don't want to vote for Clinton and add it to whatever element there might be who don't think Obama is white enough or old enough or experienced enough or because he has got a middle name that sounds Arab, you could have the worst of both worlds.
But my hope is that there will be some clarification of what the United States is doing now and what they will be doing in the future.
There's no doubt that the Russians did interfere in the election. And I think the interference, although not yet quantified, if fully investigated would show that Trump didn't actually win the election in 2016. He lost the election, and he was put in office because the Russians interfered on his behalf.
