Cash awards totalling $967,155 were paid for adopted suggestions during Fiscal Year 1980.
Participation by military personnel in the cash awards program was authorized by the Congress in 1965.
It would serve the Nation equally ill to underrate our strengths and our proven ability to handle difficult issues.
We must seek means to reduce inflation at a lower cost in lost output and employment.
