The title was very carefully chosen by me. And the first word is the most important. It's Palestine. The land of the Palestinians. It doesn't refer to Israel at all.

Well, the agreement is not supposed to help the Cuban dictators and it doesn't. But the agreement does it helps both the Cuban people and the American people in the long-term.
