There's no doubt that the Russians did interfere in the election. And I think the interference, although not yet quantified, if fully investigated would show that Trump didn't actually win the election in 2016. He lost the election, and he was put in office because the Russians interfered on his behalf.

I watched him on television. I thought what he said was absolutely ridiculous. There's no rational or logic to what he had to say.

But when a radical fringe element of demonstrators and others begin to attack the President of the United States of America as an animal, or as a reincarnation of Adolf Hitler, or when they wave signs in the air that said we should have buried Obama with Kennedy, those kind of things are beyond the bounds of the way presidents have ever been accepted even with people who disagree.

I hope that this book, which is -- has a provocative title, but I don't consider provocative to be a bad word.
