I am very pleased to learn of a very important decision Monday by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco.

I consider this to be an unacceptable derogation of the President's executive authority and responsibility.

The Afghan people and their struggle have not been forgotten and will not be forgotten by the rest of the world.

I am proud to sign this bill into law.
