Mr. Chairman, I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 8, line 21, insert after ``Civil Procedure.'' the following (and amend the amendment to the table of contents on page 9 after line 3 accordingly): ``Sec. 1724. Applicability ``Sections 1716 through 1723 shall not apply in the case of any civil action alleging fraud.''. The Acting CHAIR.
