I yield myself the balance of my time. The gentleman from Nebraska is incorrect in terms of the Environmental Protection Agency having conducted a study of the increased air pollution that would come as a result of this pipeline's operation. The State Department has submitted two environmental impact statements on the Keystone XL/Koch brothers pipeline, but the Environmental Protection Agency has found that neither statement included a satisfactory evaluation of the increased air pollution that would come as a result of this pipeline's operation. So I wanted to correct the record on that. Last but not least, I want this body to know that it is the health of Americans that is most important here as opposed to making money for an oil company. With that, Mr. Chairman, I yield back the balance of my time.
