I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Add at the end of the bill the following: SEC. 12. APPLICATION WITH REGARD TO CERTAIN STATUTE. None of the amendments made by this Act shall apply to any rule making to carry out the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (21 U.S.C. 2201 note). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 477, the gentleman from Georgia (Mr. Johnson) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Georgia.
