My feeling is Speaker Johnson will not bring this bill to the floor for a vote because it was not written as a serious bill.

This delay hurts the American people, especially in rural communities where our farms are, and it injects uncertainty into our nation's economies.

There is no profession that is more relied on and dependent on the environment than farming.

I would say that we would appreciate a strong safety net or a stronger safety net.
