I disagree with that. There are numerous studies from the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), which is a widely-acclaimed source. It is neutral, it is not political, and it says that higher capital decreases lending.
Virginia has already received nearly $8 million in funding that goes directly to farmers across our Commonwealth.
We really have to look out for our young people, our future generations, and make sure they are educated properly and that their interests are protected when it comes to this new technology.
My primary concern is, and I agree with Congressman Sherman, that we need to take all costs and all benefits into account here.
