We have been working in this committee for many years against predatory lending, but what we have found out is that we need to do a rifle approach to solving this problem and not a scatter gun that could bring innocent bystanders in who are actually out here doing a remarkable job, providing credit access and lending to the very people that we are concerned about protecting from the predatory lenders.
