I think, to Chairwoman Capito's concerns--which are legitimate, and I am glad that she and a couple of my colleagues brought it up--about this personal identification of information, let me make clear that at the very beginning, in Dodd-Frank, the law which created this, it totally forbids the collection of any data that can be personally identified by name, or by Social Security number.
