We have had this problem with homelessness. We have had it all along. But now it has been exacerbated. Why? Because of COVID-19.

I was very pleased to lead the legislation, along with Chairwoman Waters, that dealt with bringing $10 billion in for homeowner assistance.

Please, please, Treasury Secretary, please Federal Reserve Chair, all of us need to hurry up.

We need to use them right now because so many of our people cannot get the money quickly.
