The regulatory impact on those hardworking families who provide us food and fiber, building materials, energy resources, I mean, it is a tax.

I would say that we would appreciate a strong safety net or a stronger safety net.

My feeling is Speaker Johnson will not bring this bill to the floor for a vote because it was not written as a serious bill.
