The Senator may be aware of this. The Senator was making a very telling point, when the Senator was pointing out to our colleagues and to the listening audience in America, that 43 States are impacted and the number of shipments. The Senator may not be aware of the fact that as you look across this chart--here we have 50 million Americans who are within a mile of either the rail or highway shipment routes, so for people who are watching the floor of the Senate tonight who may think it is just the two Senators from Nevada that would be impacted by this, my question to the Senator is, this has a national impact, does it not?
