My question is that we were told in 1980 that if that away-from-reactor legislation that was on the floor being debated on July 28 was not enacted, that these utilities would have to close by 1983. My question to the Senator is, Is he aware of any of these facilities ever closing as a result of the lack of storage, as was suggested to us, in the crisis-ridden prediction?
