Is the Senator also suggesting that a remedy available at the State court level against an accomplice, whether it be a lawyer or an accountant, that would be available to the investor under State law, if removed under the process of the Federal court, which the Senator has just described, would preclude that small investor from a recovery against an accomplice who had participated in the fraud that resulted in the investor's loss?
