Climate change is the greatest environmental threat our planet faces.

I strongly support H. Res. 851 and my amendment in the nature of a substitute highlights the continuing imprisonment of U.S. citizens, Francisco Marquez and Josh Holt; recognizes that democracy is failing in Venezuela.

I totally support the Capitol Police and meeting their needs, but I have been concerned for a while that you don't have a long-term plan that at least is apparent.

This request is profoundly troubling. I represent a district composed largely of people of color, people who have been historically discriminated against and marginalized.
