The courts have already ruled that the EPA acted illegally--illegally--in its efforts to undermine the methane and ozone rules.

That is absolutely unacceptable.

I believe we need to do all we can to push back against Russian aggression and to prepare for a day when Ukrainians have an opportunity to engage in reconstruction of the immense damage that Russian war crimes have caused.

I remain hopeful that the talks in Barbados between Maduro and the opposition... are steps that can support reaching free and fair elections in 2024 and 2025.
