Congress should take up and enact this legislation this year.
I also want to just echo what many of my colleagues have said, in terms of enforcement.
The idea is to let small businesses work together to lower your administrative costs to put retirement plans in place.
We are not seeing any kind of discounts. Most of it is 20 to 30 percent increases.
