When you have a large program, 600 billion--650 billion, 10 percent is over a billion dollars a week in improper payment...
The idea is to let small businesses work together to lower your administrative costs to put retirement plans in place.
I am a free trader, but I think trade needs to be a win-win.
We need to work on a bipartisan basis together.
