Marco Rubio sent out an e-mail saying his campaign was a disaster. I don’t agree with him on much, but I agree with him on that.

But look, my opponent, Marco Rubio, voted against the inflation reduction bill, couldn’t give a win to Democrats or this administration.

How can we sit here today--are we serious?--and say, regardless of the physical, emotional, and psychological trauma, the women and girls who survive these vicious attacks, that does not matter?
