I think congressman-elect Ryan said it best. He said that choice and freedom were on the ballot. And guess what? Choice and freedom, in his words, won last night.

We've just got to make sure that we improve our resiliency, cut some of the red tape so we can make people whole again, repair, restore some of the bridges and roadways that are completely closed.

And remember, we know that 60 percent threshold is not easy. But Florida has seen it before in 2018, with amendment for that gave citizens -- convicted felons, restored their rights so that they would be able to vote.

we rely on government to help us survive, to help us recover, to help us rebuild. There`s really no substitute for the services that government provides during this time.
