Reclaiming my time just to close on behalf of Mr. Rohrabacher's amendment, he is a great advocate, but I felt more comfortable after I heard from a bevy of the world's best astrophysicists that this is not only a real threat, but a real potential way to solve a threat to humankind. With that, I would urge my colleagues to support the Rohrabacher amendment.
