Are we getting equal access in broadcast coverage to Belarus and Russia with organizations like VOA and RFERL as we give RT and Sputnik in this country?

We need to remain in Kosovo until Kosovo is a member of NATO, which eventually it should be.

Isn't that something we can do diplomatically and say, you know, we'll allow this, for Russia to come into our country with RT but you got to have the same reciprocity.
