With that in mind, I yield to the gentlewoman from Washington (Mrs. McMorris Rodgers), a tireless advocate for conservative values, whose bold leadership, tenacity, and kindness make her one of this body's greatest Members. I would like to thank her for introducing H.R. 4730, the Unauthorized Spending Accountability Act, that is a vitally important piece of legislation that will go a long way in helping to eliminate Federal programs that have not been authorized by Congress, yet somehow still come in to receive appropriations.
