Mr. Speaker, I thank the gentleman for the kind words, and I look to follow in his footsteps. I want to also give a shout-out that the first version of the six assurances, Mr. Chabot introduced to Congress on October 28, 2015, what the six assurances were proposed to be, and we will read those later on. Mr. Speaker, at this time I yield to the gentleman from Texas (Mr. Poe). Judge Poe has been a strong supporter of the whole Asia-Pacific region and he has got some wise words that I think we all can learn from.
