The EPA's own report says that their new emissions standards will not reduce the CO<INF>2</INF> emissions or improve air quality or human health, but they are going ahead with it anyway to the detriment of American manufacturing jobs and costs to the American taxpayers. I stand in strong support of S.J. Res. 24.
