But this is not a new issue. This is something that is--you know, we have looked at this and as I hear all the testimoneys, we look at our foreign policy, we can look back 20, 30, 40 years and those policies go to good governance, democracy, lack of corruption, and all these things and the American taxpayers have spent hundreds of billions if not trillions of dollars to do this around the world. Yet, we are backsliding.
