We write to thank you for the United States Department of Agriculture's (USDA) recent notice of proposed rulemaking regarding work requirements for able-bodied adults without dependents (ABAWD) recipients of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), RIN 0584-AE57, and to urge our support for promulgation of the rule as proposed.
