Mr. Speaker, I stand in opposition to this deal. This is a terrible deal for America, for the Middle East, and for the world. This is a deal that can't be verified. The IAEA, as so eloquently talked about by my colleague across the aisle, is the same IAEA that had their inspector buying nuclear material for North Korea. This is a deal that will embolden Iran. It will make them stronger. They are the number one sponsor of terrorism in the world, shouting, ``Death to America.'' When they stop having the rhetoric from their Ayatollah and from their President saying ``death to America'' and they start denouncing terrorism and release our hostages, then we can go forward with this. But this will do nothing but embolden Iran, make them stronger, and make the Middle East more unstable.
