I don't think we should sever our relationship with Pakistan but I think there is a need to seriously think about shifting our focus to dealing with and building our partnerships with civilian and political leaders.

If we are going to allow them to broadcast in this country because we do have a First Amendment, there has to be a certain amount of reciprocity.
