“In closing, I again thank each of the members who served on the investigative subcommittees that were impaneled in this matter during the 115th and 116th Congresses. The Committee on Ethics continually strives to enhance the reputation of this body and ensure that Members, as required by House rules and the Code of Official Conduct, always act in a manner that reflects creditably on the House.
